Check your stationery pack status

Enter your order number or phone number in the search bar above to see live updates on your pack preparation and delivery status.

Processing means your pack is being picked and checked. Dispatched means it is with the courier. Delivered means it has arrived at your address or school.

If your order is still in processing, contact support immediately at support@pexpacks.co.za with your order number to update your address.

The courier will call you and attempt delivery again the next business day, or arrange a convenient collection point.

Your order reference is sent via email and SMS receipt immediately after checkout. You can also look up your active order using your phone number or email on the Track Your Pack page, or contact our support team for quick lookup.
