Processing means your pack is being picked and checked. Dispatched means it is with the courier. Delivered means it has arrived at your address or school.
If your order is still in processing, contact support immediately at support@pexpacks.co.za with your order number to update your address.
The courier will call you and attempt delivery again the next business day, or arrange a convenient collection point.
